Topic: its saying that theres a fatal error.

Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 71 bytes) in /home/a6660609/public_html/CuteNews/core/core.php on line 199, but when i look on the html i calnt see how to change the size i havent changed the memory size at all. ive just downloaded it.

this is what is on line 199:

$d = str_replace($keys, $vals, $d);

You have only 64M (67108864 / 1024 / 1024) allocated to PHP. You can increase max memory sixe , if you have access to php.ini or You can also do it in a bootstrap PHP script.
ini_set('memory_limit', '128M');
