personnalize template variables

Hello, first thanks a lot for your Nice script !
I would like to modify full-link and link bb code variable to make them targeting a page of my site. Indeed i would like to open all link in the page myNews.php. so when the user click on a link he Will be redirected to myNews.php?id=x

An other option Will be to open the full story in a buble in the same page.

I am a little stuck if you can help me it will be so cool :-)
