I got this when I tried to edit my templates...
HTTP Error 406 - Not acceptable
Any idea what would cause this?
Thanks!

You can read more about this error here:
http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616-sec10.htmlThis is usually caused by improper <meta> tags being defined, or the browser not accepting the page correctly...

Meaning ?>
This is puzzling me, because I just installed a fresh copy of cutenews 1.4.1 on my server, and it just can't work.

It is most likely a problem with your server, you need to contact your server admin to see if there is a fix, more info:

I don't think that is the problem.... I have tried it on two different servers and the same error..
Does the program have any issue with certain version of php or apache?
What file are the tamplates stored to?
Thanks!

I have tested it on PHP 4.4.1 and Apache 2.0.55 running on an WinXP Pro Sp2 server with success

The templates are stored in .tpl files (which are renamed PHP files)
