Topic: Full Story displays only first char of Category

I searched here and I found someone had the same problem, but it seems the topic was deleted, it only remains in google searches.
When showing Full Story it only shows the first char of the category name.
When showing Active News it is ok.
I took a look at the php code but my php knowledge is not so advanced.

I also use UTF-8 CuteNews. I tried your fix and it works.

btw, be aware google saves cached pages of topics https://cutephp.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif
Even when they're deleted here, you should still be able to read the cached pages.
