Multiple Includes Pagination.

I have two includes on my site, but one doesn't have nearly as many entries as the other. When I click on a different page in the pagination, the other include has nothing because it's displaying past the amount of entries it has.

Is there a way do disable moving the news of one includes when using the pagination of another?
