Comments problems

Hello,

I have installed cutenews 2.0. Everything works well but i've got some little problems.

1: Comments are not showing on top after  selecting "reverse comments".
2: The time on the "Dashboard" is set 1 hour too early.
3: The time and date "{date}" shows the actual dates (current computer date) in comments only. (so news is okay). Every time i refresh the page after 1 minute, all comments gets the same actual date and time.

I made a guestbook with cutenews, so it would be awesome when the latest comments will show on top with the right dates.

Can anyone help?
