the 

Custom rewrite    -> allow rewrite news url path

doesn't work as it should. In: 

main / options / Rewrite Manager

if I put 

%title

in the

i get a 404 error, page not found.

What should I fix this?

What version of Cutenews do you have? Please check whether the .htaccess file is working.
