I don't know what happens, but I repeatedly asked support for a long time now to change my license through different means, to no avail.
They seem to be absent. Is it abandoned?

Situation is this:
I didn't even try file upload yet.
Just installed the latest version 1.5 and that seems to work fine, but I can't login on their website to get my license file that I purchased. So still get the credit line under everything.
Now if they never reply to any contact to solve essential problems directly related to what we have purchased, of course we should then ask a refund. Right? I contacted also the payment processor and they mailed them also, but to no avail. After Five days. ...


Ok, for the record, finally I got a reply and then it was solved quickly, because their registration system had sent me an old code from another license that I bought years before. Same here. No response from support whatsoever. Used the support form: nothing. Used email: nothing. I think that is not acceptable.
