Tempramental

When I'm using CuteNews, and I go to change my layout, on some it works but on others it doesn't. I cannot figure out why and am reluctant to change to another system, simply because of this one being easy to use.

I am hoping to get some help to work this out, because I cannot figure it out for the life of me. Any help provided is much appreciated xx
