Topic: 500 Internal Server Error

When trying to install Cutenews I get this 500 Internal Server Error. All I did was upload the zip file and extract it, yet I can't get it to install or anything. I read the ReadMe file and followed those instruction but I got the same error.

Any ideas?

Extract the files from the zip and then upload the extracted cutenews directory.
Set the correct permissions on the folders.
Run the installer by logging in to cutenews/index.php

After i clicked it. A progress bar appears that indicates that my contents are being uploaded in the my web server.
