how much time take propagated my domain

Dear sir,
My Website exchangezones.co.in already hosted at 2gbhosting.com

Yesterday ordered dedicated IP for website but thereafter i can't access my website. Regards this problem contact 2gbhosting customer care talked with ashok awasthi, they told me it's take 3-4hrs time update your IP details to DATA-CENTER, but more than 12hrs passed but still website showing error.

anyone can tell me how much time take propagated my domain working normal.
