Topic: Unable to find user and to change user level

Hi,

I have set up a user as Commenter and would like to change his role to an Admin (as a second Admin besides myself).

When I go to the Users Manager in the Dashboard I am not able to find this user or to change his role but the user is able to login to the tool as a Commenter so it must be stored somewhere.

Can someone tell me how I can find a user in the Users Manager and how I could change his role.
Is there anything that could cause a user not appearing in the Users Manager ?

Have you upgraded to the new version?
Have you converted the old user file in Dashboard>Maintenance>Migration Convert users (first)?
