Cutenews.RU is not the same as cutenews. There is no converter.
You will need to install cutenews then import your news items one at a time.

If I install CuteNews? Will I be able to import all data with all urls at one time rather than copy and paste text of each url one by one? I have around 10, 000 news urls active on site now.
Meanwhile I tried to hire a Web Designer/developer and he told me that he needs to copy and paste text of each url one by one if we transfer the data to another software?
I hope you can clarify more on this issue.

I do not know of a transfer routine from cutenews.ru to cutenews. You will need to transfer the data by copy and paste.
