Topic: Smileys not showing up in posts & comments

hello everybody,

i have a strange problem and i hope there's someone out there who's able to help me.
yesterday, i upgraded my cutenews from 1.4.6 to 2.0.2, everything turned out fine.
then i added some custon emoticons, entered the names in the field under system config, they popped up, all good.
but after a test run i saw that only the first smiley worked when used.. i switched them around, and it's always the first one showing up, the others stay unconverted (:cool: etc.).

additionally, i would love to have category links under the news titles, like "posted in x, y and z", where x y and z would link to posts from that category. is that possible?

1. The smilies should be registered in CuteNews. Go to Dashboard > System configurations,
Smilies. You can add smilies here, separating them by commas (e.g. cool, etc.).

2. It's possible to create links to categories, but in order to do this, you need to modify the templates (Dashboard > Templates).
E.g. choose Full Story, add somewhere a link of the following form {category},
where /example.php is you path to the script, it can also be href="/?category={category-id}".

I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM AND NONE OF THE ANSWERS FIX IT!!!! THEY WON'T WORK ON FIREFOX BUT WILL ON CHROME!!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
