Can't Install, get 404 Error?

So my old version of Cutenews got extremely damaged and decided to do a fresh install. I put the files into the directory and go to the index area. Everything checks out and as I type in my user name and password, I get this on the next page.

Not Found

The requested URL /var/subdomain/tsf/html/cutenews/index.php was not found on this server.

My url is tsf.sonicstrike.net

I have no clue what I am doing wrong, if I needed to insert a new command or edit some type of file I'm not sure what type. I'm at a loss here because I've deleted/uploaded the files a bunch of different times and have the same error.
