Migrating to Wordpress

I am trying to help a friend convert his site to wordpress, his website developer made his original website on cutenews but wants to move to Wordpress. I have installed  "other-ext-wp" but I can't work out the "path to cutenews" where would I find this?

Or is there a better migration tool?
