Topic: I want to know sendemail.php not working

mail is arriving at the address info@siteaddress.com but with blank fields .... what should be the cause..... please help

It looks like this code is working, you just forgot to add input name="subject" to the the form for sending.

It seems like the code is functioning correctly. However , you need to include an input field with the name="subject" in the form for sending emails to avoid blank fields in the received email.
