Topic: editting news text problem

When I want to add news I log in to cute news 1.7 I click on the edit news button and apears the box with full story and short story , but do not appear  the forrmating text to write bold italic with font the text and the button to insert image ,  i think is about WYSIWYG Editor do not work , appears like in the image wich I atashed.
