Need help regarding linking of Menu tab

Hi guys, i need some help over here.

Details as follow:
Residential/Hotels: node/123

As shown in image 1, when i click on the 'Project Showcase' tab on the top menu bar, i want it to display the 'Residential/Hotels' page (left menu bar). I'm able to do it by creating an URL aliases that links 'Residential/Hotels' (node/123) to 'property'.

But when i click on another tab on the left side menu bar, the 'Residential/Hotels' tab stays highlighted.

Is there anybody know what's wrong with it?
