I'm new with cutenews, it's possible tu use firendly url with cutenews 1.5.0?

This function exists but it's experimental. There is no direct access. To have an access you need to eneter in the search line of browser after / the following: index.php?mod=tools&action=rewrite.
But be careful the function isn't still tested.
