Please feel free to inform CuteNews support team about new bugs here. As CuteNews 1.5 is in progress there can be some faults.
It should be mentioned also that the version system is changing to the build system. Soon you will be able to keep track of all changes on Twitter.
Migration script doesnt work as supposed. It reports ok in the end, but the data isnt gettign migrated from 1.4.7 to 1.5.0
Can't proceed with installation. After having filled in the installation form a new empty form is loaded instead of logging in.
Try to copy everything from data folder to cdata folder, it can help.

And you can not edit an "Additional field".
Dear Support_Team,
inserting criteria in TITLE and AUTHOR fields, it show also news that don't have that criteria only in their TITLE or only in the name of their AUTHOR. It seems that they work like NEWS field, because it search posts have that criteria also in the text of the story...

When i try editing any old news, all old news is deleted
I checked and saw that news.txt.bak is created with my old news and news.txt is clean (nothing in it)
How to solve?

Problem with the plug-in visit counter (the flat file counter.txt reset it frequently)...

Sorry but I've tested the pugin useronline and doesn't work. The counter remove it to 0 (file counter.txt) when many users connects to a news... Could you look at this ? thanks you for your help.

Nobody has the same problem ? I doubt about it...
HTML links are being stripped from both short and full news. CKeditor toolbar button for adding links creates standard HTML tags <a></a> which are then later stripped when posting or editing.
So far only BBcode works for links, but are unable to open links in new tabs/windows.

I recently downloaded the newest version....v2.0.4. I tried to install and when I entered the address to do the installation, I get an error. I seem to be able to install every other version but v2.0.4. When I try to get this newest version to install, I get this error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home1/dekiscoo/public_html/movies/news1/core/core.php on line 300
Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
