Showing the comments by default

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a way to show the comments by default. I mean that I don't want people to click on comments to be able to read them, I want the comments to be displayed all the time, without any action from the user who reads the article.

Thanks to those who are willing to help  ".handle_img_tag($matches[1].$matches[3], false)."
