There is no solution with the help of Cutenews.. You can use the following way to for canonical url, for example:
<?php if ($_GET['id']) echo '<link rel="canonical" href="http://'.$_SERVER['SERVER_NAME'] . $_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'].'"/>'; ?>
