Topic: How to setup headers to open new page

Hi,

What I want is to list all my news headings on a sidebar and when people click on the story, the link should either open a new window with the full story or goto the news page where the story is. I haven't been able to modify the templates to do this. Is this even possible?

Actually I figured out how to make full stories display on a pop-up, its in system configurations > news. Duh.
