Question about category color

Hello , well the main question i have about CuteNews is that im trying to make so if the category is like Important News, the {title} color is a custom color, i don't know if i explain well, Thanks
For example ( if the categoryID is X then [color=#red]{title}[/color] else [color=#grey] {title}[/color] )
