Topic: Quick Installation Issue

I loaded all the files onto my server (hosted by GoDaddy.com), and I gave proper permissions to the folders 'cdata' and 'uploads'. When I run the path url for the quick install, I get an error that I don't understand. Here's the link, if anyone can help, thanks in advance.

I just realized that the error is due to a missing file, 'core.php'. The issue is every time I upload this file, the server automatically deletes it for some reason. Anyone have a clue why?
