Cant install?

Hey I've been following a youtube tutorial on how to install cutenews. I got it onto my website fine but when I go to finish the install by creating a admin account I can put all the details in but theres no button to submit to actually create the account can anyone help me? Also I'm not sure why but its giving me alot of fails I have uploaded a picture any help would be awesome
