Self register new users

I'm a newbie trying out cutenews. So far it looks like just what I need. I have posted test items and added comments as a user that I manually registered. I would like new users to be able to self register as a "Commenter" so I checked the box to allow self registration and also specified the "Commenter" level but when I look at the blog I'm not seeing a link or button they can click to self register. I must be missing something blindingly obvious. The blog can be seen at www.innocente.us/blog.php
