Internal Server Error after migration

I installed CN 2.0.3. then used maintenance tool to migrate from 1.5.3.
It all works fine at first glance, all news and comments seem to be moved correctly, but
when i put a link to show news i get nasty Internal Server Error message. Is it about CHMOD or sometihng?
