Topic: Problem with hosting provider

Hello, I have problem with my hosting provider who sent me this message:

During regular monitoring of cPanel hosting platform, in the area used by your web presentation (account *****) potentially dangerous files were discovered:

{HEX}php.include.remote.460  :  /home/******/public_html/******/cnews/skins/base/help/manual/wrong_include.tpl

Because this file my site has been suspended. What should I do, and how to response on this?

Dear asajfar,

You can try clearing out the file contents, upload it via FTP once again, and inform your hosting provide of the corrections made.

Still, this file is only an information holding one and can't be dangerous. The hosting service provider must have had a false positive detection.
