Topic: Change Category ID manually?

Hi, Is it possible to change a category ID manually?
I have the ID's:
1, 2, 3, 5 right now (I deleted 4 earlier), is it possible to make a new category and manually change the ID From 6 to 4?

As one of the options, you can use the following option - edit category 4
Index.php? Mod = main & opt = category & category_id = 4 and the sixth remove
