It looks like you are trying to create a link to a specific FullStory article in CN 2.0. To create a link in CN 2.0, you can use the following code:

Replace {category-id}, {news-id}, and {title} with the corresponding values for your FullStory article.

In CN 2.0, the link to a FullStory article uses the "index.php" page with the "fullstory" action, followed by the category ID, news ID, and title. The "target" attribute specifies where to open the linked document. In this case, it's set to "_self" which means that the linked document will open in the same window/tab.
