Topic: cannot login after purchasing licence and upgrading

Hello

I have just purchased a licence, upgraded to the latest version, tried to login and am told my login details are incorrect and the system banned me!

What do I need to do to log in ?????

I cannot recover any password, it says I don't exist!

This is a poor start and ill seek a full refund from you if you do not respond

OK - have sorted this myself by manually editing the user_db file but unhappy at the lack of response.

Following the upgrade, all my users' passwords have become inactive.

And what happened to the file upload/insert function?

Same here. No response from support whatsoever. Used the support form: nothing. Used email: nothing. I think that is not acceptable.

The file upload should be working if you have set the Full URL to cutenews Directory correctly.
The uploads folder is now cutenews/uploads. It was data/upimages. The upgrade script does not appear to fix this.

Situation is this:
I didn't even try file upload yet.
Just installed the latest version 1.5 and that seems to work fine, but I can't login on their website to get my license file that I purchased. So still get the credit line under everything.
Now if they never reply to any contact to solve essential problems directly related to what we have purchased, of course we should then ask a refund. Right? I contacted also the payment processor and they mailed them also, but to no avail. After Five days. My client is waiting.
Even their Twitter account is empty. I this a sinking ship? With the captain still receiving the money?
Are you guys accepting this?

Ok, for the record, finally I got a reply and then it was solved quickly, because their registration system had sent me an old code from another license that I bought years before.
