The new 1.5.2 version has been launched.
The main difference is simplification of the installation process and correction bugs reported here post.

We will constantly work to improve Cutenews, make it stable, easy to use and versatile.
In case of transition on the latest version of Cutenews 1.5.x we'll help you set Friendly URLs but it will be a bit difficult as the code has changed in comparison with UTF-8. You should install the latest version and copy all data from data file to cdata and also from data/upimages, from /data/emoticons/ to /skins/emoticons/.
We advice you not to delete the data folder, all hacks will be deleted while installation of the new version.
You have the old version of Cutenews UTF-8. This problem appears because of the error while checking CSRF. Unfortunately we don't support Cutenews UTF-8 but you can download the latest version of Cutenews from the site cutephp.com to get support.
Please be precise about how you implement rewrite hack and the number of your version of CUtenews. Possibly, you have modified version of Cutenews UTF-8.
As for the second question, check if there is ID of the article in the database.

You can find ID in Options > Edit categories

Situation is this:
I didn't even try file upload yet.
Just installed the latest version 1.5 and that seems to work fine, but I can't login on their website to get my license file that I purchased. So still get the credit line under everything.
Now if they never reply to any contact to solve essential problems directly related to what we have purchased, of course we should then ask a refund. Right? I contacted also the payment processor and they mailed them also, but to no avail. After Five days. My client is waiting.
Even their Twitter account is empty. I this a sinking ship? With the captain still receiving the money?

Please give the part of your source code that you use and we'll try to solve the problem.
Use simple alignment to the right side in WISYWYG CKEditor. You can lock it in Options > System Configurations.
This function exists but it's experimental. There is no direct access. To have an access you need to eneter in the search line of browser after / the following: index.php?mod=tools&action=rewrite.
But be careful the function isn't still tested.

Try to download the latest version from gitnub or change the file in installed cutenews with the following file (skins/base_skin/wizard/customizerss.tpl)
The configuration of RSS in Cutenews is available via the sequence of actions Options > Integration and Migration Wizards > Rss Setup and Integration > Proceed with RSS Configuration > Save Configurations and Proceed > Proceed with RSS Configuration > Generate HTML Code. Received HTML-code can be used at every page and the link from rss.php can be used for example in FeedBurner.

Many thanks for contacting us. Unfortunately, the information you've provided is not enough to find the cause of your problems. Please would you specify what CuteNews version is installed on each of your web sites?
As for the http://baileymotorsports.ca/main/index.php?ucat=6 we can see that you use the latest version of CuteNews 1.5, and all seems to look fine.
At the http://barnettmotorsports.ca/main/index.php tags are seen maybe because of the document saved not in the HTML format.
The web site http://www.mounceracing.com/index.php seems to lack the correct links to the images that might be not saved on the server. Please try checking the path to the images: it should be specified as Options > System Configurations.
Please would you also attach some screenshots clarifying your bugs? It would be great if you described the issues that lead to this bug step by step.
